Run Club+ is an 8 week 5K, 10K, or half-marathon training program for all levels, allowing you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other like-minded mamas. Our Run Club+ program will help you safely build and improve your running skills with a certified FIT4MOM Palos-Orland Park Run Club+ Coach. This amazing group training program provides you with:
- Running accountability & motivation
- Weekly in-person runs on Sundays @ 7:30 am with fellow Run Club+ mamas and coach (optional)
- Weekly conditioning & agility training thru Strides 360
- Run pace assessments
- Runner’s nutrition tips
- Access to our private Run Club+ Facebook page to help keep you on track and build your running knowledge
- Weekly endurance challenges designed to help build muscle and speed
- Personalized goal setting with our certified Run Club+ coach
